The Half Fun But Half Spoilt Free-Running (Parkour)

Today at Parkour it was okay. If this annoying little girl wasn’t there it would better, but then most of the other boys were a bit of a pain too. A few boys were having burp competitions and laughing at other children’s try. Josh (I might have mentioned his name before, but if I haven’t, he’s the teacher) just wanted to talk about important things so that people wouldn’t get hurt or something, but in no way would this work out. When people were messing around all the time he would lay there saying, “Oh, I’ll just go to sleep, then, if that’s what you’re going to do. I’ll just lie down and you’ll get hurt a lot more, if that’s how you like it.” And even then, people still weren’t listening or watching, so it took a long time for them to realise what he was doing, and then all the listening-people like me and Tilly would need to wait for most of our time.

The girl was screaming and shouting and pounding her fist on the walls and things. You know what? She was ruining my day, and when I say ‘ruining’ I’m sharp and I mean it. If this girl’s moaning and screaming about the slightest thing thats gone wrong again, I ain’t goin’ to Parkour no**asterixes** more. And whenever this girl had finished her turn she wouldn’t move, so no one could have their turn.

Apart from that, I had a fun time. Today we were having two hours instead of one, and we did some different things. One of them was swinging on the bars and jumping off. Another was climbing up the wall and climbing down again (not jumping). Today there was a blue mat in front of a big, slopy wall, and it was more slippery, so I could just about get up with a little of Josh’s help. I think I did better than last week, because I had my head full of the skills.

**asterixes** I just feel like talking like that today, but it’s quite rare when I do so.
