This week, I did an intensive online course on Classical Greek, from 10am-5pm every day Mon-Fri. I’ve written about my Greek week on this post.
The in-between times
After having my Greek lessons for most of the day, I’ve been watching The Killing (the original Danish version, which is actually called Forbrydelsen) with my mum, Tilly and William while Andy’s been away at a friend’s house. It’s really good – I love watching all these scary things about serial killers and homicide investigations!! 🧐
I’ve also been keeping up with my piano and violin practice for 45 minutes a day, and I had my piano lesson on Monday. Apart from that, the only work I’ve been doing this week are Greek lessons, Greek homework and Greek revision!
My mum made two batches of mince pies in our awesome blender so we ate a lot of those all week too!
Weekend
This weekend was quite a relaxed one as my brain needed time to cool down after all that Greek! We spent a lot of time watching The Killing and The X-Files (once Andy came home!), and I wrote a lot of my screenplay and read a good chunk of The Book Thief. I also spent Saturday morning at the gym while Tilly had a class and now I can’t feel my legs!
