Today was my fifteenth birthday! Of course I kicked it off with pastries and smoothie for breakfast, then waited for nanny to get here before opening presents. I got lots of books – the works of G.K. Chesterton and a Famous Last Words book which I’d asked for! – lots of chocolate, some really pretty, bright navy blue earrings, chewing gum, and two t-shirts which I designed. One has a Skunk Anansie album called Stoosh on it, and the other says in no uncertain terms “Bugger off”! 😂
Nanny had to go home quite early as she needed Andy to fix her lights at home, so we spent the rest of the afternoon painting, story-writing and watching Criminal Minds episode after Criminal Minds episode! We also played a few rounds of a really fun music game called Top Tracks.
Overall I had a lovely day and I can’t wait to get into some G.K. Chesterton!
