Forest School

Today was our last day of Forest School. We bought 500 grams of chocolate and our friends bought corn on the cob. Nicki had bought jacket patatoes and we had some hot chocolate and chocolate sauce and we had baked beans and cheese and some corn on the cob. It was DELISOUS.

This time guess where we were?

Where? Where were you?

We were at Campbell Park! And guess how cold it was?!

Hmmm… Hot? 20 decrees?

Of course not! 5 decrees! It was freeeeeezing! First, we stepped inside and made a kite.

Who knows how to make one?

Nobody. Right, first you need to make any old drawing on 1 sheet of paper. If you want your pattern on the outside, fold it in half so that the picture is on the inside. Then, using a ruler, draw a line where the mark is '5cm on ruler' and then 10cm. (I've completely forgotton now – I'm sooooo sorry)!

We took a little look in the park and flew our kites around and played tag a few times.

We got certificates at forest school and Hannah was the forest school champion friend. (I don't know why but Matilda was the lumber jack champion) and I was the champion naturalist!

A note for Maryam:I forgot what you werecrying
