Chocolate and Orange Cheesecakes
We made some chocolate and orange cheesecakes with Andy while Mummy went out to London to see her friend Kristina. Mummy said they would be disgusting, but when she tried them they were delicious! All you have to do is this:
Ingredients:
5 digestive biscuits (to make 7 cheesecakes).
A big orange’s zest.
Mascapone cheese (about 250g).
Chocolate (we used a whole dairy bar)!
How to make it:
Firstly, crunch the biscuits into weeny bits, but it doesn’t matter if you get lots of big bits in, you just have a little crunch in the base of your cheesecakes. Squash it into your cheesecake pots and put it in the fridge while you do this stuff: Melt the chocolate (WITHOUT bashing it) in the microwave for about 3minutes 25seconds. Stir it up. Then mix in the cheese and orange zest. Stir it up. Then get your base and spread your other stuff on it. Put that in the fridge for a good old 29 hours! 😉
I made some by myself with Andy, and I made some summerfruit saucey stuff, with a mixer, and I put icing sugar in while I blended it, and it was sooo nice, you just do the same thing but instead of chocolate and orange you put lemon and lime zest in, the summerfruit sauce and a big, juicy mint leaf on top!
