Hi everyone! I’m sorry I haven’t written on here in so long. We’ve been extremely busy. Here’s a quick list of all the things we’ve been up to recently:
- GCSEs—I’ve decided to take a couple of my GCSEs early. I’m currently working on biology, classical civilisation, I.T., Latin and possibly English Language. Because I’m home-edcuated, I’ll be taking some IGCSEs (rather than normal GCSEs), which basically means that because I don’t have a science lab like in a school, rather than actually do the required experiments in a GCSE I’ll just have to learn what I would do if I were to do them. So I have to write and write and write about all the different equipment to be used, precautions to be taken and everything else. But oh well.
- New timetable—because of the GCSE work that I need to do now, Mummy and I designed a (very organised) new timetable to fit in all my new studying, which actually starts today!
- Haircut—a couple of weeks ago, I bravely went for the chop. So now my hair, which was sitting on my shoulder-blades, is now chin-length! Eeek!
- Tilly’s 16th—it was Tilly’s sixteenth birthday in August! She got lots of presents including a phone from Nanny which she’s very happy with 😉
So that’s basically what’s been happening. We’ve got to run off now—I’m going to the park to meet my friend Eve—but I will be back this time next week! (It’s scheduled in on my timetable…!)
