For the last couple of days it has been terribly boiling. We never really got over the fact that it was to be like that for about three or four more days until now, where there would have to be a steep gradient showing the warmness to the coldness, instead of being boiling to sudden frostbite. Well, what do you think?
On the end day of June, we had a huge BBQ, and for pudding we had Greg Wallace’s barbecued bananas and chocolate, but instead we had not Greg Wallace’s but our own Creme egg barbecued bananas! They were indeed remarkably delicious, so I’m afraid to say if you are allergic or intollerent to chocolate, this might not please you as well as it would 🙁
But yesterday, we went to a large outdoor swimming pool, where I met my friend Caitlin. We all paddled around together, but when Caitlin’s little sister needed the rubber ring, she couldn’t join in 🙁 But when Caitlin got the ring back, we went to the indoor pool and played ‘Sharks and Dolphins’, which is like Tag just when you’re Tag you’re a shark, and when you’re not you’re a dolphin. When you get tagged, you’re a shark as well, not instead. The last one standing wins! It was so boiling outside, so we found a shaded place where we lay down away from all the nasty, noisy teenagers all come back from their exams!
When we went indoors, we saw William there with his class having a swimming lesson! We waved at him, but I’d assume we wasn’t allowed to wave back, as he didn’t. We wished he was allowed to do what he can do – swim a bit more than he was told! While we were watching, he only got in the pool about twice in the whole lesson, and apart from that he was queuing 🙁 They were only allowed a bit of the pool – smaller than the baby pool!
