Today I and William went to a land and water day. First, we walked into a room about drumming and I started copying everyone all though I had no idea what they were doing or what was going on! Then we had to do: 'edge edge, edge edge middle. edge edge, edge edge middle!' Over and over again and then in the middle we picked up the instruments the man had given us and started playing them. It sounded like this: boom, bi bang, trid trid triddle wiggy walla, boom, boom bangy boom! Not exactly like that, but OK.
Then, we went on a 5 or 6 metre climbing wall and I reached the top and pressed the ringy ring! button twice so everyone knew full well that I was at the top and then they all clapped and cheered and cried, "You did it! I'm 8 and not even I went to the top!" "yeah! How do'ya' do that?!" Then I climbed down with William down below me waiting for the yellow board and just as I ran out the gate, William was up behind me in a tenth of a second.
Sooner or later we were at the rafting path. We built a boat out of barrels and sticks and when the boat was finished and ready, me, my friends Serena and Rowan and Serena's friend and Serena's friend's other friend climbed onto the boat of barrels and it was like it was flying in midair with fastness and sizeness. We all paddeled with our oars and hands. Then, we came back off the boat and we went each into a kayaking boat and then the leaders pushed us in the river and told the kayaking experts to go and swim round the whole entire river incase other youngsters had got lost or fell out upside down. When I was in my boat being very slow and struggleing a lot, a man in a orange boat came and he told me to hold REALLY tightly because he was going to give me a BIG, GIANT GIGANTIC push but I had my arms stretched out nearly touching Norway! I had VERY almost tipped straight upside down and I could nearly be not able to breathe and be blurrr with drowness.
There was a clown circus and my favourite of all was 'rafting.' William's favourite was 'kayaking' (that was my least favourite).
At the end Mummy accidentally knelt on a wasp and it stung her on the knee and it REALLY DOUBLE DECOLY hurt. 🙁
