I now go to Guides, which you may know if you’ve read my recent About Me page. Sometimes, with Guides, Cubs, Brownies, Scouts and so on – sometimes they have pantomimes in the village hall. A few days ago was one of these, and I went for the first time in my new club with Tilly and her friends. It was really funny, though I admit that I found it a bit babyish now. There were some good jokes though! It was ‘Puss in Boots’, but I think that they changed the storyline a little bit, because it included Princess Poppy and Charlie and this crazy man obviously dressed up as a woman with balloons in the chest of his fancy dress. He was the best actor, I thought!
It started at half seven and ended at near to ten, which it pretty late for me and Tilly! We brought a bag of sweets each 😉 Mine consisted of a couple of fruit pastilles, a few jelly tots, some mini smarties, and a small chocolate bar. Quite a lot of sweets, but then quite a lot of hours as well!
