Vanilla cheesecake! 😋

This morning, my mum and I made a delicious (hopefully) vanilla cheesecake from Lorraine Pascale’s book Fast, Fresh and Easy Food. It’s currently chilling in the fridge (it’s a no-bake one!). We actually halved the recipe because Lorraine’s was absolutely enormous, but it’s still pretty huge! We didn’t have a half-size tin with a removable base, so it might be a little awkward slicing it straight out of our fixed-based tin! I’ll add a picture on this post when it’s ready to eat 😌
