One of the absolute best characters I have ever read about, Alice finds herself playing make-believe with her chess board, the kittens and the rest of the inhabitants of her lounge, playing at making herself meet Humpty Dumpty and making Kitty and Snowball the Red- and White Queens. It was very funny and I absolutely loved it, my two favourite chapters being ‘HUMPTY DUMPTY’ and ‘QUEEN ALICE’. I would definitely read both Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and this sequel to it again, and I am excited to watch the film too. This book was one of my absolute favourites!
